A mysterious serial killer has the citizens of Lake Charles growing more and more petrified as dismembered bodies are routinely found throughout the city. As police scramble for leads to find the identity of the killer with virtually no success, a dysfunctional group of students attempt to track down what they believe could be a vampire .
